Drone Show Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Drone Light Show team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Drone Light Show events from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, (pilots, clients etc.) to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, has experience with drones or the aviation industry, is cost conscious, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Steer NAV & Transport Canada submissions, ensuring they proceed smoothly.
- Arrange travel logistics and accommodations, alongside managing USA Visa processes.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Conduct project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortem reviews
- Available for immediate assistance during shows and present on-site for high profile events.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities with external partners
- On calls with sales and client meetings
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

Pay: $55,090.25-$101,989.03 per year
